Users of the free Microsoft Office subscription may experience a prompt to activate or reactivate the software. If you are still eligible for this free subscription, follow the instructions below to reactivate your subscription.
Office 365 Renewal
1. Click Sign In. DO NOT select the product key option as there is no product key available to enter.
Microsoft 365 is a subscription that includes the most collaborative, up-to-date features in one seamless, integrated experience. Microsoft 365 includes the robust Office desktop apps that you’re familiar with, like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. If your subscription has already expired, select Renew to renew your subscription. Recurring billing will be turned on automatically when you renew your subscription. If you see Paid with pre-paid card next to the subscription expiration date, you paid for the subscription with a pre-paid code and you can't turn on recurring billing. When recurring billing is turned on for Microsoft 365, you’ll be billed for your subscription on your renewal date. If you turn off recurring billing, your subscription will expire on the date shown and you won't be billed in the future. Turn recurring billing on Turn recurring billing off.
2. Enter your full AccessID email address (e.g., [email protected]) and click Next.

3. Enter your AccessID password. Click Sign in.

4. Your subscription is now reactivated! Click OK to finish up.
